Setting up the Member Portal

What is the Member Portal?

The portal gives you access to the U3A program and your personal member record. It works on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It's simple to use and secure.

It is the easiest way to:

• View your membership details
• Register/Enrol for classes/activities
• Update your contact details
• Renew your membership
• Access member-only resources
• View and print your statement
• Pay outstanding invoices

Once logged in, the left-hand menu shows all the options, and you can always return to the main menu by using the Home button (above the Logo) at the top left.

If you are a Convenor/Tutor, you can manage your classes through the portal (look down the list to see — Tutor Portal), including emailing your class members.

How do I access it?

• If you are the only member using your email address, you can register with your email address.
• If you share your email address with another member, you must use your Member Number to register.
• Whether you have entered your email address OR your member number, a security code will be sent to your registered email address.
• Enter the six-digit security code.
• You will then be asked to enter a password OR a PIN.
• If you forget your password you will need to Re-register and select another password.
• If you need assistance the HELP button in the top right of the screen will give you the email address of the member designated to provided assistance.

Once you have registered for the Portal, select Login with your email address OR your member number, depending on your choice when you registered.
